For the Tee Popper, we offer a 60-days guarantee—if your Tee Popper is broken, damaged, lost, or stolen within this time, we’ll replace it free of charge.

For all other Bandit Sports items, we provide a 30-day guarantee covering any broken, damaged, lost, or stolen items.

FAQ

• Is the return method done by mail or drop-off location?
  • Bandit Sports will provide mail-in return instructions.
• Is the return label included in the package?
  • Bandit Sports does not provide a return label -- returns are at the customers expense. However, we will just send a replacement or refund for a defective product, no return necessary.
• How long does a refund take?
  • If your product was defective, we will process the refund right away. Expect to see the credit process in 3-5 business days.
  • For returns, we process the refund after the item has been received.
